Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Before proceeding, we recommend exporting your data from Settings → Export Data to save a local copy of your records.
Method 1 - In-App Deletion
RecommendedThe fastest and most complete way to delete your account:
- 1Open Hisab Expert app
- 2Go to Settings → Account
- 3Tap "Delete Account"
- 4Confirm by entering your phone number
- 5Your account and all data are deleted immediately
Method 2 - Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email request:

What Gets Deleted
All transactions (income and expenses)
All inventory data and products
All customer records and Ledger
Invoice history and PDFs
Cloud backups and sync data
Your account and authentication records
Retention after deletion
Cloud data is permanently deleted within 7 days. Backup storage is cleared within 90 days. Some records may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., tax compliance), in anonymised form where possible.
Export Your Data Before Deleting
You can download a full copy of your business records before deletion:
In the app:
Settings → Export Data → Choose CSV, JSON, or PDFAvailable formats: CSV (Excel-compatible), JSON, PDF reports.
